This cookie is my favorite cookie and it is named after the woman who gave me the recipe. This recipe has been in her family for 45 years and she knew that I loved these cookies.  I told Mona if she ever would share the recipe with me I would name the cookie after her and she shared it yay! These cookies have hints of ginger and molasses and so many other tasty ingredients that you will be in heaven when you take the first bite.
